Smaalensgås fra Østfold

Smaalensgås (Smaalensgoose) consists of three enthusiastic local farmers engaged in the conservation and breeding of a nearly endangered type of goose which once was a common delicacy in the areas of Østfold, Norway. The geese graze outdoors in green fields all summer, and when fall arrives, Chefs from all over the country wait in line to get their hands on this exclusive, short-distance and sustainable goose.
