A small group of food lovers from some of Fredrikstad's best restaurants spent almost four years trying to find the ultimate BBQ experience. They traveled all over the United States, testing smokers, spices, meats, different types of wood and recipes. After almost four years of experimentation and BBQ passion, they are now ready to share this food with people in the city they love so much.
